Solution — download and install a required package below.

The Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components of Visual C++ libraries that are required to
run C++ applications built using Visual Studio.
These package can be used to run such applications on a computer even if it does not have Visual Studio installed.

Important!

Programs compiled for different architectures (64 or 32-bit) are required a redistrubutable package for the appropriate
architecture. Because of that you may need to install both 64 and 32-bit packages in Microsoft Windows 64-bit.
